Limited edition DVD of award-winning documentary produced in 1997 for public television. Deemed "Best Economic Documentary" by The New York International Film and Video Festival in 1998, this work was produced by Lux Æterna Productions and The River Pierce Foundation, and directed by visual artist Michael Tracy, who also commissioned other artists to create interventions in historic sites to tell the story about the contamination of the Rio Grande. Featuring Mario Sanchez, Robert King, Susan Ubbelhode, Rick Lowerre, Mary Kelly, Gregoria Rodriguez, Lisa Brodyaga, Frances Farenthold; with performances by Eugenia Vargas and Elvira Santamaria, Bill FitzGibbons, Sue Rees, Stephan Shanabrook; music by Voice of Eye and Gonzalo Ceja Gascón; narrated by Barbara Mauldin and Christopher Rincón.
